Job Description:
Client is seeking a SQL/Power BI Developer with 3 5 years of experience in BI development, SQL, and dashboard reporting. The candidate will work with data modernization teams to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Required Skills:
- 3 5 years of experience with Power BI and BI tools
- Strong SQL skills with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Experience with DAX, ETL, data modeling, and database design
- Experience integrating data from AWS Data Lake, cloud platforms, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge of Power BI security, governance, and On-Prem Data Gateway
- Experience with ODBC connectors
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Python/Java/C# experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders
- Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Develop data models and perform data analysis
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance
- Optimize dashboard performance and scalability
- Create technical documentation and present reports
