Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SAP DRC / eDocument Consultant to support a multi-country e-invoicing and electronic document compliance rollout. The consultant will lead SAP DRC implementations across several countries simultaneously and support global compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of SAP DRC across multiple country rollouts.
• Design and configure country-specific eDocument scenarios within the DRC Cockpit, including output channels, document types, and transmission workflows.
• Integrate SAP DRC with SAP BTP, external government/tax authority platforms, and Peppol network access points.
• Collaborate with SD and Billing functional teams to ensure accurate eDocument generation from sales and billing transactions.
• Translate country-specific regulatory requirements into SAP configuration.
• Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities across each country deployment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance requirements and solution design decisions.
• Produce configuration documentation, functional specifications, and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• Minimum 4 years focused on SAP DRC or legacy eDocument framework.
• Experience with multi-country global rollouts, especially in Europe and/or the Middle East.
• Hands-on experience with Peppol network integration and country-specific access point configuration.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD and Billing (OTC cycle, billing document types, output determination).
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite related to DRC connectivity.
• Working knowledge of e-invoicing regulations in France, Germany, and/or UAE.
• Experience with SAP ECC preferred; SAP S/4HANA with DRC add-on acceptable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP DRC Cloud Edition.
• Background working with tax technology or indirect tax compliance teams (VAT/GST).
• Ability to support teams across European and Middle Eastern time zones.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and applicable standards.
• Ability to work extensively on a computer using keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
• Strong verbal communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
• Primarily sedentary work with occasional movement for meetings and collaboration.
