Xgrid.co is a fast-growing company seeking a Marketing & Customer Growth Specialist to lead customer success strategies and build strong relationships with clients. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and timely task delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams (design, web development, SEO/SEM, content writers, marketing ops and automation) for following-up on assigned tasks
- Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
- Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
- Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
- Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, client servicing (preferably international clients), project management, marketing and customer success
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Active team player, self-starter, a multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities and takes ownership of assigned tasks/projects
- A good understanding of digital marketing services that includes UI/UX, Web development, SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and copywriting
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science/software engineering
- Master's is preferred but not mandatory
- Comfortable working with project management & marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Jira, Basecamp and Asana
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies
- Willing to work flexi hours (70% day-time, 30% evening/night time)
