Field Talent is seeking a Traveling Electrical Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is designed for an experienced individual who can manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments while demonstrating strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-con through closeout
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Lead field teams
Coordinate with supers/GCs
Drive projects to completion on time & under budget

Requirements:

5+ years in commercial electrical construction/project management
Experience with scheduling, estimating, change orders, RFIs, WIP/profit tracking, and cost projections
Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA requirements, and design/build projects
Ability to lead field teams, coordinate with supers/GCs, and drive projects to completion on time & under budget
Open to travel as needed
Accubid or similar estimating software experience
