Founding Operations & Market Strategy Associate Intern (READ DESCRIPTION)

Elomix is an early-stage startup building advanced AI systems and automation platforms. They are seeking a Founding Operations & Market Strategy Associate Intern to work directly with the founder on legal structuring, operations, hiring, and market direction.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and organize key startup documents (NDAs, equity agreements, trial contracts, etc.)
• Conduct legal and compliance research (employment, equity, international contributors, etc.)
• Help structure team onboarding, roles, and internal processes
• Support hiring decisions and evaluate new team members
• Perform market research and help identify new niches and opportunities
• Assist in strategic decisions with the founding team

Requirements:

• Highly reliable and responsive (this matters more than anything)
• Strong research and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable figuring things out independently (using AI/tools when needed)
• Good communication and ability to work directly with a fast-moving team
• Interest in startups, business strategy, or law
• Background in business, pre-law, finance, or entrepreneurship
• Experience with contracts, startups, or operations
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows
