Engineering Program Manager II IS - Voice Services - Remote

They are seeking an Engineering Program Manager II for their Voice Services team, responsible for defining and designing solutions that enhance caregiver experience and value. The role involves collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders, managing releases, and supporting the caregiver community.

Responsibilities:

• Define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders
• Engage with caregivers
• Work with engineering to define the solution or service
• Manage the release
• Establish the solution/service's identity in the ecosystem
• Connect with and support the caregiver community

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 or more years of related contact center experience
• Experience in a Healthcare environment
