Webflow is building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform as a remote-first company. They are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to scale AI across Webflow by managing the enterprise AI tool stack, gathering requirements, and building frameworks for AI adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day administration, governance, and user support for Webflow's enterprise AI tool stack, including Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and n8n — provisioning access, managing seats, monitoring usage and cost, and keeping the lights on so the business can build
- Partner with the Senior AI Product Owner and stakeholders across the org to help gather workflows requirements for new agents and AI use cases, translating fuzzy business problems into clear specs the Enterprise AI Ops team can build against
- Build and maintain frameworks, skills, and reusable patterns that scale AI adoption beyond one-off wins, so every team at Webflow gets faster lift from the same foundation
- Support the Enterprise AI Ops team's agent development lifecycle by running intake reviews, helping scope builds, and keeping the backlog honest
- Lead enablement work across the company, from office hours to documentation to Champion programs, so employees actually adopt what we ship
- Act as the connective tissue between IT, Security, Finance, and the business for AI tooling decisions, licensing, and governance questions
- Surface patterns across incoming requests to help the team prioritize what to build next versus what to enable someone else to build themselves
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Operations Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS or tech environment
- Hands-on experience administering enterprise generative AI tools (Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, or comparable), including user provisioning, usage monitoring, cost management, and policy enforcement
- Demonstrated experience gathering requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating them into actionable specs for engineering or ops teams
- Experience building and running enablement programs, documentation, or training that drove measurable adoption of a new tool or workflow
- Get genuine satisfaction from making systems work — whether that's a permissions model, an intake process, or a weird edge case buried three menus deep
- Are an opinionated operator who's equally comfortable writing a clear requirements doc, running a workshop with 30 people, and jumping into an admin console to fix something yourself
- Have experience working across IT, Security, and business stakeholders and know how to move fast without losing the thread on governance
- Can hold the tension between 'ship it' and 'do it right' — and know which one the moment calls for
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact
