Sr. Product Designer

Suralink is a fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) technology company looking for exceptional professionals to join their team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design for key product areas, partnering closely with various teams to create intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design for major product areas, turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences
• Explore solutions, validate assumptions, and use insight to guide clear, effective designs
• Conduct or support interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions
• Translate findings into actionable improvements that strengthen the user experience
• Partner closely with engineering and product from scoping through delivery
• Communicate design rationale clearly and ensure high-quality implementation
• Use and contribute to Suralink’s design system to maintain consistency and scalability
• Evolve components, patterns, and documentation as product needs grow
• Operate with autonomy, driving clarity and momentum through ambiguity
• Challenge assumptions, simplify complexity, and align stakeholders around the best solution

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience designing for complex SaaS products
• Proven experience designing AI or data-driven features (or a strong interest in LLM-enabled interfaces)
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, variants, variables, libraries, tokens)
• Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and ability to ship elegant, cohesive experiences
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product leadership to shape roadmaps
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and commitment to inclusive design
• Experience with prompt-based interaction design or conversational UI
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks, design tokens, or semantic versioning
• Previous work in accounting, fintech, or compliance-driven B2B SaaS
• Interest in emerging technologies and how they influence user experience
