
Role name: Application Support Analyst II
Work site: Cincinnati, US (Remote)
Contract: 6 Months
Good working knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix technologies (3 5 years experience)
Experience is application support for Tier 1 / Mission critical applications for large enterprises / Mfg. Shopfloor.
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (7AM 4 PM EST) and (2 PM to 11 PM EST)
Develop and support Informatica workflows: build/enhance mappings and workflows, monitor and troubleshoot failures, check dependencies, and support interfaces/batches
Should be willing to be on call on rotational basis for off-hours and weekends
Good understanding of ITIL Processes.
Basic knowledge of ticketing tools like SNOW Bachelor s Degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
Industry standard technology skills i.e. personal computer skills, OS familiarity, Web, etc.
Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to follow documented, well-defined processes and also document day-to-day support activities
