Desktop Support Technician

Job Title: Desktop Support Technician Job ID: 26-02295 Location: Maricopa County, AZ Duration: Through end of 2026

Seeking Desktop Support Technicians to support a large-scale desktop/laptop refresh project for the Judicial Branch. Responsibilities include system imaging, workstation setup, hardware replacement, peripheral installation, troubleshooting, inventory tracking, and onsite end-user support.

Required Skills:

• Windows desktop/laptop deployment and configuration
• Hardware setup: monitors, docking stations, printers, peripherals
• Basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with ticketing/documentation systems
• Ability to travel within Maricopa County

Preferred Skills:

• SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot, or imaging tools
• Desktop refresh/deployment project experience
• Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting
• Enterprise or government IT support experience

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of desktop support or technical support experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Arizona Driver s License required.
