Title: Application Support Engineer
Location: Fremont CA
Duration: 6 month with extensions or CTH
Note: No Sponsered candidate required, Also only local candidates.
Duties:
- L1 L3 application support (not infrastructure)
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Heavy SQL querying to investigate data and application issues
- Read, understand, and make minor backend code fixes when needed
- Work in a fast-paced production support environment
- Participate in on-call rotation after ramp-up period
- Collaborate with internal users and external vendors/suppliers.
Must-Have
- Advanced SQL (daily use; debug and analyze queries)
- Backend programming experience
- .NET / C# preferred
- Java or Python acceptable if able to ramp quickly
- True application support background (not infra-only)
- Strong attitude: ownership, willingness to learn, comfort in support role.
Nice to have:
- ERP or supply chain application experience
- Exposure to Agile environments
- Familiarity with:
- Jira / internal ticketing tools
- Splunk, Grafana
- MySQL, MS SQL, ClickHouse
Angular (read-only exposure)
