Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Covenant Health is a comprehensive health care organization that focuses on serving the poor and vulnerable. The Senior Business Analyst will conduct complex financial analyses and provide reporting and analytic solutions to leadership, helping business stakeholders make informed operational and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in a wide variety of complex financial analyses, including but not limited to revenue and operational improvement
• Conducts financial and operational analyses, identifies areas for improvement, develops and implements recommendations for process improvements
• Provides meaningful reporting and analytic solutions to leadership
• Interprets data and analyses to help business stakeholders in making operational and strategic decisions
• Assigned to one of the following areas based on number of years experience and education: Patient Yield/Front, Mid/Coding Metrics, Payer Yield/Denials, Vendor Performance, PB and/or Post Acute requiring minimal oversight

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years Analytical experience in healthcare financial analysis or related discipline
• 3 years Revenue Cycle or Finance experience
