Tranzeal Incorporated is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality support for dialysis treatment placement. The role involves professional communication with hospitals and internal teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to placement requests via phone, email, fax, and web
- Coordinate with hospitals and centers to arrange dialysis treatments (visiting or permanent)
- Accurately enter and maintain patient data using CRM systems and internal tools
- Support emergency response efforts, including placing urgent treatment requests and patient check-ins
- Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers and internal partners
- Meet departmental performance metrics and quality assurance standards
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge database updates
Requirements:
- High-quality, contact center-based support experience
- Professional communication skills with hospitals, discharge planners, and internal teammates
- Maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional customer service skills
