The Business Analyst Employee Benefits will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver digital and operational solutions supporting Employee Benefits insurance platforms. The role involves requirement elicitation, business process analysis, and supporting Agile delivery for benefits such as Group Life, Disability, Leave Management, Claims, and Enrollment.
Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
