Required Skills:

• 10+ years of PEGA development experience

• Strong experience as PEGA SSA (LSA preferred)

• PEGA Case Management

• Data Management & Integration

• Decisioning / Decision Management

• User Experience (UI)

• Background Processing

• Security & System Administration

• Experience deploying PEGA applications on Azure or cloud platforms

• Integration with external/legacy systems

• Root Cause Analysis and production support

• Agile/Scrum methodology

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Healthcare or Customer Service domain experience is a plus

Certifications:

• Mandatory: PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA)

• Preferred: PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA)
