The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance web applications and APIs, leveraging AI for efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks
- Architect and implement robust, secure APIs and data integrations
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to define and ship high-impact features
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering
- Expert knowledge in TypeScript and Python. Can dive into existing web applications, drive best practices, and produce scalable and robust solutions
- Strong interest in providing creative approaches to driving velocity and performance multiples by leveraging modern and cutting-edge AI technologies
- Proficient with Git/GitHub, branching, merging, and pull requests
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to own a project end-to-end, gather and translate requirements, communicate and collaborate with Stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Results-oriented and can deliver against strict deadlines
- A team player who can also work independently
- Solid experience integrating with backend services and RESTful API development
- Proven experience shipping complex applications at scale
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States
- Proficient in Cloud Services (AWS is preferred)
- Comfortable writing unit and integration tests (TDD is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of modern TypeScript and component-based frontend frameworks (React preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards in healthcare (HIPAA, HITRUST)
