Cella is a company seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager who can develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business priorities. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure campaigns are coordinated and measurable, ultimately driving awareness and customer growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, social, webinars, paid media, events, and sales motions
- Translate business objectives into campaign plans with clear goals, audience definitions, messaging, timelines, KPIs, and channel strategies
- Partner with product marketing, content, creative, digital, sales, and operations teams to coordinate campaign execution
- Build and manage campaign calendars, workflows, timelines, and launch readiness activities
- Ensure campaigns stay aligned across channels and customer touchpoints
- Manage campaign briefs and ensure stakeholders are aligned on priorities, audiences, and success metrics
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data, insights, and business impact
- Track KPIs such as engagement, MQLs, pipeline contribution, influenced revenue, and conversion rates
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer experience
- Support reporting and executive updates with clear insights and recommendations
- Help create repeatable processes and scalable campaign operations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in campaign marketing, integrated marketing, demand generation, or related roles
- Experience managing cross-functional marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimize performance
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience working in fast-paced or matrixed organizations is a plus
