Merchandising Project Manager

MDAEdge is a high-growth tech company with a collaborative culture, seeking a Project Manager for their B2B eCommerce Scalable Fulfillment Center. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to build and optimize a scalable fulfillment center, including platform development and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Partnership with cross-functional global teams, marketing and other stakeholders to build a comprehensive roadmap for project strategies, timelines, and expectations
• Scalable and repeatable processes/templates/kits for global project deployment
• Optimize the fulfillment center based on year over year stakeholder feedback, survey data, business objectives, and other analysis
• Comprehensive internal communications across the business (workstream project management, executive briefs, broad employee comms, etc.)
• Utilization of the best platform technology, materials, and systems to take the fulfillment center to the next level

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of project management experience in a B2B enterprise software company
• Highly skilled with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), and technology literate
• Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-starting, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Efficient and effective meeting management skills
• Must be metrics driven and be a strong analytical thinker
• Experience building out a fulfillment center
