The Director, Financial Services, Customer Partner will be responsible for driving account growth, maintaining deep customer connections, and executing strategic account management to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities:
- Drive proactive account growth and manage strategic customer relationships
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain Kyndryl's most valuable accounts
- Identify and qualify new opportunities to deliver tailor-made solutions for customers
- Collaborate with sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process
- Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and generate new opportunities
- Expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
- Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners to pursue new deals
- Take charge of customer satisfaction and ensure account compliance
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience running account P&L
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- 7+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
- Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Sales experience in technical solutions
