v4c.ai is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Business Data Analyst to support their growing data and analytics initiatives. The role involves leading end-to-end analytics processes, optimizing data workflows, and translating complex data insights into actionable business recommendations while collaborating with technical and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end analytics processes including data acquisition, transformation, analysis, and reporting
- Manage and optimize data workflows within the Databricks platform to improve efficiency, performance, and cost management
- Analyze key business performance metrics such as CTP, CVR, engagement, and funnel performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Investigate data trends, user behavior, and performance issues to identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Translate analytical findings into clear business requirements for A/B testing, funnel optimization, and product improvements
- Collaborate with data engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Document business and technical requirements for roadmap initiatives, data tagging enhancements, and technical refresh projects
- Support strategic planning for data initiatives, including KPI tracking, reporting, and performance measurement
- Work closely with stakeholders to align analytics solutions with business goals and priorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in Business Data Analytics or related analytical roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of data processing, reporting, and analytics workflows
- Experience analyzing KPIs, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and remote environments
- Experience supporting A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
- Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud environments, and analytics tools
- Exposure to product analytics, digital analytics, or customer journey analysis
- Experience working with distributed or consultant-based teams is a plus
