Financial Analyst | $95/hr Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Expert to analyze complex financial datasets and implement advanced financial models. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex financial and marketing datasets to deliver actionable business intelligence
• Develop, refine, and implement advanced financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Create comprehensive rubrics using field knowledge to enhance and refine AI models
• Prepare, review, and optimize financial reporting under US GAAP/IFRS standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Have a minimum of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, or SaaS finance
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Have a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Investment banking experience is highly preferred
