They are seeking self-motivated Business Development Executive professionals to connect with clients, consult on financial protection solutions, and build a pipeline of referred clients while tracking their progress through a CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective clients through warm leads and referral-based outreach
- Conduct needs-based consultations to identify the right financial protection solutions
- Guide clients through the enrollment process from first conversation to active policy
- Build a growing pipeline of referred clients who trust your expertise
- Track daily activity and production metrics using our CRM system
- Attend weekly team training and one-on-one coaching calls with leadership
Requirements:
- Self-starter mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable — willing to follow a proven system
- Relevant state license required OR willingness to obtain (we provide full guidance and support)
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Prior experience in sales, real estate, finance, or client-facing roles preferred
