• Conversational UX Design
• Google NLP / Vertex AI – Intent & Entity Modeling
• Conversational Flow Design using Figma / Miro

Secondary Skills:
• Google Analytics / BigQuery – Conversation performance tuning
• Prompt Engineering
• JavaScript
• API Integration & JSON
• Jira / Confluence
• Google Cloud Platform

Preferred Experience:
• Chatbot / Voicebot / Virtual Assistant development
• Conversational AI platforms
• Customer engagement or contact center AI solutions

Location: 100% Onsite
Duration: 6 Months+ Contract
