The Eastwood Company is a well-established organization specializing in automotive repair and restoration products. They are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with their orders and resolve any concerns through phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers over phone, email and live chat with orders and problem-solve
- Work within our computer system to place and research customer orders, as well as document conversations and actions
- Pitch in where needed to drive a positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Experience in a call center (preferred but not necessary)
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
- Pro-active and take a positive approach in problem solving
- Commitment to learn about processes
- Ability to help customers over phone, email and live chat with orders and problem-solve
- Ability to work within a computer system to place and research customer orders, as well as document conversations and actions
- Ability to pitch in where needed to drive a positive customer experience
- Access to a minimum speed connection internet for remote work
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment if remote
- Automotive restoration experience (a plus)
- Experience shopping online
