Tech Lead - Full Stack

Clockwork Systems is pioneering a software-driven approach to AI fabrics to enhance GPU cluster utilization. The Tech Lead - Full Stack will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and lead the design and development of interactive visual interfaces and scalable backend systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for frontend and full-stack initiatives
• Lead a team of engineers in a fast-paced environment that values innovation, diversity of talent, and technical excellence
• Collaborate closely with Clockwork engineering teams to design, prototype, and deliver end-to-end web applications and interactive visualizations
• Build modern front-end interfaces and scalable backend services with strong focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Drive engineering best practices including code quality, testing, observability, and system scalability
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, technical coaching, and career development
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize roadmap items and deliver high-impact solutions
• Continuously improve platform performance, usability, and developer productivity by adopting modern tools and technologies
