Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid Onsite as needed)

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and budget. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at navigating complex governance processes and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from charter and work plan development through to execution and closing.
- Artifact Ownership: Maintain critical documentation including Risk Assessments, RACI matrices, and Project Schedules.
- Governance & Compliance: Manage projects within VITA procurement and project management standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate planning sessions and provide detailed statfinancial reports to agency leadership.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project barriers, risks, and resource constraints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ Years Experience: Project Planning, Execution, and Reporting.
- Methodologies: Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Technical Implementation: Proven track record with Large System Implementations.
- Tools: Expert level in MS Project and Office 365.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional critical thinking and experience leading multi-disciplinary workgroups.
Preferred Extras
- PMP Certification.
- Experience with MS Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Requirements Elicitation and UAT Testing oversight.
- Knowledge of Commonwealth of Virginia (VITA) procurement or PMD standards.
