Duration: 3+ Months on W2 contract

Seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter with strong manufacturing hiring experience to support full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Procurement, HR, Production, EHS, Engineering, and operational roles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection
• Build talent pipelines and improve recruiting strategies
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws

Requirements:

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience
• Strong manufacturing recruitment background required
• Experience hiring for technical, operational, and corporate roles
• Excellent sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and recruiting tools
• Bachelor s degree preferred

Local Reno candidates strongly preferred due to onsite requirements.
