The Project Manager role involves implementing online banking platforms, managing complex projects, and ensuring successful delivery by collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate deliveries of Lumin Digital’s online banking platform and ancillary products and services
- Create and manage multi-phase project schedules with various degrees of complexity
- Consult with clients to understand requests and turn these requests into actionable items
- Coordinate with other project managers, partners, and vendors to facilitate the implementation of their products and services
- Educate stakeholders on issues, risks, and remediation plans
- Assemble and lead status meetings for key stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four (4) years of project management experience, preferably in financial technology or enterprise software implementation
- Experience leading large-scale implementations for financial institutions
- Experience working in the Information Technology and/or Financial Technology industry
- Proficiency with project planning and project management tools such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards
- Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations
- Demonstrated ability to develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify challenges and implement prompt, effective solutions
- Commitment to understanding and addressing client needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout project lifecycles
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on timely and successful delivery
- Leadership skills to motivate team members and drive the achievement of project goals
