Full Stack Engineer+ Agentic AI

Mindlance is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build production-grade applications that integrate AI into real workflows. The role involves owning frontend interfaces, Python backends, and agentic AI features on a high-availability analytics platform.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain React/TypeScript frontends and Python-based backend services
• Integrate Agentic AI workflows using LangChain, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
• Deploy and manage serverless functions and APIs on AWS Lambda and API Gateway
• Connect frontend tooling to live data sources via S3, DynamoDB, and SNS/SQS
• Set up monitoring and alerting using Grafana
