IT Project Manager

IDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager to join one of their top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading enterprise technology transformation projects within the healthcare sector, focusing on modernization efforts and supporting state initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams of business analysts, data analysts, technical resources, and vendors supporting enterprise technology transformation projects
• Manage large-scale IT modernization initiatives, including MMIS and Provider Enrollment & Credentialing implementations
• Define and document business and technical requirements in collaboration with product owners, SMEs, and scrum teams
• Oversee project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and delivery activities
• Coordinate development teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation of solutions

Requirements:

• Strong enterprise IT Project Management experience leading large-scale implementations
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise technology modernization projects
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps software delivery methodologies
• Experience supporting Medicaid, MMIS, MES, HHS, or healthcare technology initiatives strongly preferred
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management experience preferred
