Position: Java Backend Developer
Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada Hybrid
Duration: Long Term Contract

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development using Java
- Strong experience with Java 8/11+, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Experience working in Agile environments
