Navigate360 is focused on developing solutions for Student Behavior and Culture, and they are seeking a Product Business Analyst to support their Product Management Team. The BA will be responsible for developing a product roadmap, prioritizing activities based on customer needs, and collaborating with internal and external teams to drive product solutions and track key metrics throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs
- Prioritize product enhancements and feature requests based on technical feasibility, customer feedback, and business impact
- Cultivate, implement and maintain user requirements in coordination with engineering resources and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure software functionality is market ready and meets the needs of customers
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Product Managers, Developers, and Quality Assurance teams, to drive product development initiatives from conception to release
- Gather and analyze data on customer needs, market trends, and business goals to inform product decisions and strategies
- Track key product metrics and performance indicators throughout the product lifecycle, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Case Management and Anonymous Tip Line products, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, presenting findings, progress updates, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor customer feedback channels, such as surveys, reviews, and support tickets, to identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
