The role involves running large calls with multiple participants and collaborating with both business and technology stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in member enrollment
- Previous experience in healthcare insurance industry
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and data
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively with software engineering team to develop new capabilities and troubleshoot production issues
- Knowledge of the scaled agile development methodology
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional design specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
