Jumio Corporation is a B2B technology company focused on eradicating online identity fraud and financial crimes. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to communicate their value proposition, qualify leads, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Connecting with prospects using phone and email and responding to all inbound leads
- Procuring Sales Qualified Leads for Account Executives
- Documenting daily activities in Salesforce CRM
- Working closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle for Enterprise accounts, and to extend reach into target accounts
- Recommending process enhancements for more targeted demand generation efforts and improved selling technique
- Representing and protecting the Jumio brand with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications
Requirements:
- 3-5 years sales experience
- Proven ability to research and prospect using telephone, email and online networking sites
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and an absolute focus on quality of work
- Proficient MS Office experience or Google Docs
- Prior experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
- Previous account entry and lead qualification experience preferred
- Marketing services sales or Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience desired
- Established network of contacts in regional enterprise customers
- Existing knowledge of the ID verification, AML or KYC market
- Competitor product awareness and insight
- Degree educated is preferred, not essential
