About this role
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team on a remote contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, etc.)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Configure, test, and deploy SuccessFactors solutions
- Provide support for integrations with SAP and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams
- Prepare documentation and conduct user training sessions
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Hands-on experience with at least one or more modules (EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM)
- Experience in end-to-end implementation and/or support projects
- Knowledge of SAP HCM / HR processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
