• 6+ years of leadership experience managing global, cross-functional teams
• Experience designing and implementing complex, multi-tenant technology solutions
• Preferably experience in Compliance or related domains
• Strong industry knowledge to understand client needs and design shared-platform solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to identify root causes and manage resolutions
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills across global teams
