SoTalent is seeking an Account Executive – Sales to drive market growth and expand customer relationships within their packaging business. The role involves increasing market share by selling innovative packaging solutions and delivering value-driven strategies to help customers solve business challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that aligns with overall global packaging objectives
- Identify and pursue new packaging manufacturers and prospective customers across the West Region
- Engage prospects to understand their business needs and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to address customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with key customer accounts
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive market plan for the West Region
- Contribute insights and field expertise to new product development and launch initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging sales, with established industry relationships
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in folding carton sales
- Proven background in packaging or printing sales within the West Region
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of high-end decorative finishing solutions is a plus
- Experience with interactive marketing tools and AI-enabled sales technologies is advantageous
- Self-motivated professional with strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (approximately 25% or more)
- Demonstrated ability to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
