REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5 to 7 years of IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in architecture design, software development, database management systems, and systems integration in multi-platform environments
Knowledge of and experience with State of Florida information technology standards and processes
Proficient with Microsoft C# .NET, MVC, jQuery, and Responsive Design
Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with Oracle
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Experience with Visual Studio 2012 and later
Experience using HTML
Proficient with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Unit Testing methodology
Experience working in a Waterfall and/or Agile development environment
Strong communication and validation skills
Experience with IT systems, processes, methodologies, and their direct implementation in projects
Experience in defining Web architectures and enterprise-level design
Experience working on multiple projects as a project leader or as a subject matter expert
Goal-oriented, proactive team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and gain support from stakeholders
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make independent decisions within area of expertise
