Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to join a fast paced, agile team supporting software modernization initiatives.
- The ideal candidate is a hands on engineer with strong backend expertise, solid frontend experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
Required Experience & Skills:
Core Experience
- 8 12 years of hands on Full Stack development experience
- Strong backend development expertise in:
- C#
- Entity Framework
- SQL
- Web API / RESTful services
Mandatory:
Experience with IVR / Contact Center solutions such as Twilio or Twilio Flex, including API integrations for Voice, Chat, and SMS channels
Experience working with:
- Web services and 3rd party API integrations
- API testing/debugging tools (Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler)
- Git or similar version control tools
- Azure DevOps in production environments
- Solid understanding of design principles and secure coding practices
- Frontend & Secondary Skills
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks:
- Angular (9+)
- React
- Ember.js
- Oracle Database experience
- Knowledge of SQL tuning, indexing, and query cost optimization
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Full Stack solutions across UI, APIs, and databases
- Design reusable components, APIs, UI elements, and mock stubs for MVP delivery
- Support backlog creation, story mapping, and prioritization
- Participate in technical design and solutioning discussions
- Work within Agile / XP frameworks, including paired programming and TDD
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Perform performance analysis, capacity management, and system troubleshooting
