- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required.
Technical Expertise
- Strong experience in:
- Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workflows
- Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Widgets)
- Client & Server-side scripting (JavaScript)
- Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Reporting, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics
- Deep understanding of:
- Update Sets, Scoped Applications
- ACLs, Security, and Role Management
- ServiceNow Data Model and CMDB concepts
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or similar)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience mentoring and leading technical teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and manage multiple priorities
