About this role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Certified Developer to join our team! You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing high-impact solutions on the Salesforce platform, directly supporting critical CRM workflows.
Location: Lansing, MI
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Tuesdays & Wednesdays on-site)
Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams (Video required)
Key Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for a hands-on developer with a strong technical foundation:
- Core Salesforce Expertise: 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Platform Knowledge: 5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
- Integration & Security: Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth) and implementing Single Sign-On (SSO).
- DevOps & Lifecycle: Proven experience with SFDX, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & Salesforce Certified Administrator (Platform Developer II is a plus).
