Job Title: SAP EWM Application Support
Location: - Raritan or Titusville, NJ
Job Description
Client-facing role in SAP S/4 Application Support.
Lead the EWM and TM AMS workstreams within the S/4HANA program, engaging with business stakeholders to triage, analyze, and resolve incidents and production defects.
Manage all AMS deliverables in the logistics domain, ensuring SLA compliance and driving high-quality incident, problem, and change management.
Serve as the SAP S/4 EWM and TM SME, covering:
EWM: inbound/outbound processes, warehouse structure, storage control, RF transactions, labor management, physical inventory, and production staging/consumption integration with PP.
TM: freight planning, carrier selection, freight order management, charge calculation, freight settlement, and integration with SD, LE, and external logistics partners.
Oversee integration of EWM and TM with related modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, FI/CO), ensuring smooth execution of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and production processes.
Drive continuous improvement through monitoring of recurring logistics and transportation issues, trend analysis, and proactive remediation.
Must Have
Must have hands-on experience in S/4HANA (1909 or later).
Need someone who is comfortable with SLA management.
Need a candidate who can translate "SAP-speak" into business value.
Need someone who knows both EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and TM (Transportation Management) is rare.
