Project Management Institute is seeking a Learning Product Manager to guide the development and lifecycle management of learning products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer needs and align with PMI’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Guiding the development, success, and lifecycle management of assigned learning products
- Ensuring that products align with PMI’s strategy, meet customer needs, and achieve business objectives
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality learning solutions
- Driving continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience required; advanced degree in education, business, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the learning, publishing, or education technology sectors
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Familiarity with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and design thinking
- Technical aptitude to effectively collaborate with development teams
- Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives
- Strong relationship management skills, with demonstrated ability to partner effectively with internal leaders and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with a variety of learning formats and modalities, including digital and print products, live training, and micro-learning
