Sr Cloud Solutions Engineer - Genesys IVR

Humana is a leading U.S. healthcare company seeking a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer to drive cloud innovation. In this remote role, you will design, implement, and support advanced cloud architectures while collaborating with product managers and engineers to shape the company's cloud strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing cloud solutions across Humana’s IT infrastructure, including integration, maintenance, and support
• Analyzing complex issues and determining the best technical approach for project components, often with considerable independence
• Collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate and enhance cloud systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
• Leading rollouts of cloud management platforms and driving continuous improvement through performance evaluations and enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent and relevant experience in lieu of degree requirement
• 5+ years' experience designing, developing, and testing of software applications and/or infrastructure
• 5+ years' experience with Genesys IVR development
• Master's Degree
