Product Designer, Unsecured Lending

Upstart is a leading AI lending marketplace focused on reducing the cost and complexity of borrowing for Americans. As a Product Designer, you will support feature-level design work across borrower-facing experiences, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to create high-quality, production-ready designs that enhance the borrower journey.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences across borrower-facing flows
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on scope, constraints, and implementation details
• Deliver production-ready designs and ensure design intent is preserved through development handoff
• Incorporate user feedback, data insights, and stakeholder input to iterate on designs
• Partner with adjacent teams (e.g., Growth) to ensure seamless experiences across the borrower journey
