Branch is on a mission to empower workers with financial freedom by helping companies accelerate payments and providing accessible financial services. They are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Program Manager to create campaigns that drive engagement and new business while bridging strategy and execution within the Marketing department.
Responsibilities:
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and own the ABM approach for your assigned verticals, executing omni-channel programs tied to specific, measurable business outcomes
- Demand Generation: Create and optimize programs that drive marketing engagement at a vertical level
- Copywriting: Oversee the creation and facilitation of compelling content, ensuring it aligns with the target audience and marketing objectives
- Measurement and Optimization: Monitor, measure, and analyze marketing initiatives' performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Continuously refine strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights
- Ability to Scale: Scale marketing programs efficiently, adapting strategies to accommodate growth and changing market conditions
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in ABM, Demand Generation, or prospect-facing roles
- Strong understanding of ABM principles and hands-on experience running both 1:1 and scaled campaigns
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust across Sales, Leadership, and the broader org
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with MarTech/tools/platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Abmatic, or similar products
- Aptitude and interest in leveraging AI tools and platforms as an amplifier (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Clay)
