Sport Clips Haircuts is one of the most respected and fastest-growing hair care franchises in the United States. The Field Marketing Manager will work strategically with franchisees to establish local marketing opportunities, drive client acquisition, and enhance brand awareness at the store level.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Team Leaders (franchisees) in establishing local marketing opportunities to drive client acquisition and brand awareness at the store level and market area
- Support the growth and success of each store through local marketing expertise and continued communication with Team Leaders
- Create unique and strategic local marketing plans for stores, reviewing metrics critical to store growth and continued success
- Support 'Focus Weeks' by identifying B2B relationships, charitable and/or community partnerships that align with the Sport Clips Mission and Brand Values
- Coach store Team Members on engaging with their communities through local store marketing efforts
- Facilitate company marketing programs at the local level by developing executable marketing plans to drive client count and enhance brand presence
- Coordinate additional marketing support for the stores, including CRM, and develop field marketing kits and point-of-purchase (POP) materials to drive local activation and brand visibility
- Mentor and support Field Marketing Specialist(s) in their professional growth and performance
- Assist Field Marketing Specialists in planning and developing focus week and local marketing plans as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of previous experience in field marketing, trade show and/or event marketing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Demonstrated success developing and building Field Teams
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and foster long-lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
- Team-oriented – desire to collaborate, share experiences, lead by example
- Strong work ethic
- Extensive travel required – up to 75%. Ability to travel frequently within the local/regional area for events and partner meetings
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Team leadership experience is strongly preferred
