Develops, owns, and evolves Empower’s global influencer marketing strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
Identifies emerging platforms, creator trends, and cultural movements.
Defines and manages the annual influencer operating plan and budget.
Provides strategic oversight of external influencer agencies.
Oversees influencer programs including always-on, launches, and partnerships.
Leads negotiation and contracting for influencer collaborations.
Ensures influencer content meets brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
Defines KPIs and leads performance reporting and optimization.
Owns influencer compliance, brand safety, and risk management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
8–12+ years of marketing experience with deep specialization in influencer marketing.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale influencer programs.
Experience managing agencies and external partners.
Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Working knowledge of FTC regulations and influencer compliance standards.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
