AI Trainer – Visual & Graphic Design Expert

Prolific is building the biggest pool of quality human data in the world, and they are seeking Professional Graphic and Visual Designers to act as Domain Experts for a high-level AI evaluation project. The role involves evaluating design outputs and providing expert analysis to influence how AI understands design principles.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate two candidate designs (e.g., Google Slides, posters, or advertisements) on the same topic and determine which better meets professional standards
• Judge candidates based on specific design dimensions, including readability, text density, information hierarchy, and overall professionalism
• Review "before and after" style tasks to determine which AI output better satisfied a specific design edit or change request
• Take part in new, narrow tasks aimed at refining how AI handles concise visual communication
