Role Overview
- Manage Non‑Turnkey or Product/Equipment‑Only projects, ensuring effective supervision and coordination of project resources for small
- to medium-scale initiatives.
- Expand and apply technical expertise to support execution of policies and strategies.
- Address issues requiring solid technical insight and sound judgment.
- Build and maintain productive customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the customer and GEHC.
Requirements
- Civil Engineer with over 4+ years of project management experience in healthcare projects and/or interior fit‑out works.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to plan, document, promote, and execute programs effectively.
- Must be willing to travel at least three days per week, or as required by project needs, within the assigned territory.
